Meehhhhh – They never glow. When I used a flashlight on them and finally got them to glow they didn’t glow red(the color I chose). They were more a yellowish green color when they finally did glow.

Very poor quality – Very poor quality! Didn’t even have these one full day and the inner cap came out already. Set them in the sun all day long and they barley glow. Forget about getting a cool color while driving because that’s not happing with these. Take a few steps back and you can barely see the color one the tire! Not worth $1 let alone $5.

I also didn’t like that each cap is two pieces, so it’s nothing for the glow portion of the cap to fall off while driving, while the screwed on portion stays in place.
