Looks Good and Sturdy – This product seems like it will work great on my Africa Twin. I took it off and on in the garage and it should work fine especially if paired up with my Krypto disc lock for more serious moments. I have hand guards so no one’s going to be pulling it off the end of the grip and if a thief cuts the front brake line they still can’t use the throttle. Have fun walking a 500+ lb bike down the street.

Won’t stop your bike from getting stolen, but it will still do its job very well – After I bought my motorcycle, I bought this one, as well as a few other different locks (i.e. disk lock, cover & chain lock, etc.) to hopefully deter people from messing with my bike (which was kept in a parking garage). Unfortunately, my bike was stolen despite my best efforts. The police found it a month later and caught the guy. It turns out the thief had to cut and destroy the brake lever to defeat this lock because he couldn’t get around it any other way. Locks are just deterrents in the end, but this one is a pretty damn good one.

Very good purchase – Does exactly as it says; I did not use the little black plastic grip protectors because they won’t adhere well to the metal of the lock but it doesnt mess up my grips anyway. Only problem is that if your brakes are adjusted tight, it can be a problem to squeeze the handle down to fit the grip. If you have a fair amount of play when you squeeze brake, it won’t be a problem. It’s very nice to have another layer of thievery discouragement that’s quick to apply if you don’t feel like chaining your bike down for a quick trip into a store or something. Also consider a disc brake lock too if you’re really into security or are in a high theft area

this works – This thing is great it can be a little hard to put on but it & has stopped someone from stealing my bike, I could see that they tried to pull it off and end up damaging my handle but my bike is still safe.

Perfect quick lock for daily use! – I use this on my Honda ruckus daily. It works great and easily comes on or off. It is secure solid and small. Much better than wheel or break locks.

Added layer of security! – It is super important to read the instructions, or if you lose them, go to their website and download their instructions via PDF. I lost my instructions and I wish I hadn’t because I had caused some minor damage to my grips not knowing how to properly mount the grip.
