Sounds great even being the cheaper one – I bought the more expensive cardo with the jbl speakers for my main helmet but i wanted to have my passenger/work helmet also be rigged for sound/communication. At nearly 200 bucks cheaper i was not expecting the sound quality to be as good as it is. Sounds nearly as good as the more expensive one while only lacking a few upgrades the expensive one boasts. I do prefer the better of the two but the fact that i can ride and no one knows I’m riding when i talk to them is very impressive.

Amazing intercom, amazon delivering time was great! – Great product, very good sound, the speakers fit perfectly in my Nolan N87, and it looks good in my helmet. Amazon delivering time was great, 12 days before the expected day. I’m very happy with my purchase! Love this helmet bluetooth device. – Relatively easy to install in my Harley Davidson modular helmet. Makes me wish I hadn’t installed the sound bar on the handlebars. This sounds so good, about all I will use the sound bar for anymore will be to charge this device.

Helpful little device. – Installed inside my helmet in 15 minutes. It will not reduce or eliminate wind noise as these do not go inside your ear. You will have to turn these up quite a bit to hear anything if you‘re doing highway speed to get over wind and engine noise. If I’m using turn by turn instructions (Maps, etc) I have to turn it up nearly all the way. Good for in town runs and short rides. Longer rides will require daily recharging.

Fantastic operation, not the best sound quality. – The actual Cardo system works great, very easy to use and helpful on the road. But the speakers that come with it are quite awful. they are quiet, scratchy and don’t have any bass at all making it extremely sharp. So the only way to hear it is to crank it which will give you a headache quick so I recommend getting different speakers.
