Wired to a Harley, 2 wire Harley to 3 wire LED – Wired this to a 1991 Harley softail, the Harley has a 2 wire setup, red and black wire. This light has 3 wires, it’s super easy after some messing around. On this light you have red, black and green. To get the led to work I connected the led red to Harley red, led green to Harley black and grounded the led black to the bike. It’s not that hard, soldered the wires and sealed everything in heat shrink tube and electrical tape. Light works as a running light and brake light when brake is pushed.

Decent light – Installed well and worked great for a few days. Unfortunately this morning my brake lights didn’t work. I checked connection and found no faults. I ran 12v to the running light portion and it worked. Took that same 12v and hooked up to the brake portion and got nothing.
