Fine but consider others – This works and the lock action is smooth, but mine has sharp, sloppy edges around the jaw that could cut. In retrospect, i do think the ones that come with a bright colored cord to attach to the handlebars as a reminder the lock is engaged are smart. I want this as a deterrent, and it is just too low profile.

Works as it should – Easy to install and remove with the key. Keeps motorcycle in place and secure. The lock is small enough to put in your pocket when you’re using your motorcycle and won’t hinder your movement when in your pocket. Perfect little lock for keeping your bike in place when you’re at the grocery store.

Basic but secure – Basic security so your bike doesn’t just walk away when you least expect it. Seems serious enough to deter a would be thief from just rolling the bike away. I’m sure with enough motivation a person could get it off the disc, but not without messing up the bike in the process.

Simple, easy, and robust – good value! – This disk brake lock works great on my e-bike. I place the lock pin through one of the larger holes on the brake disk, turn the key, and it’s locked. Almost impossible to move the bike more than a 1/2 rotation of the wheel. This lock, in combination with a “FoldyLock” makes me feel pretty comfortable leaving the bike for a few minutes. Add a motion-sensing alarm, and we’re good!
