Items do not fit the 2020 Ktm 1290 SuperDuke. – The diameter of the plug is too small to fit the inner diameter and doesn’t match the bevel of the frame. I had to add tape just to make it fit snug and the set screws did nothing to keep them from falling out. There is also a 2-3mm gap in places where the plug doesn’t match the bevel of the frame.

Items do not fit the 2020 Ktm 1290 SuperDuke. – The diameter of the plug is too small to fit the inner diameter and doesn’t match the bevel of the frame. Little touches count – I wasn’t sure about ordering these but npw I’m glad I did. They fit my 2019 super duke R perfectly and sometimes it’s the little touches that set you apart from others. They actually look great and ad that little something extra. The directions are like cave drawings with no actual directions just drawings and arrows. So maybe I can help someone here by telling you, you need to loosen the screws before putting them into the frame holes. Once the screws are loose, the plugs go right in and then you tighten the screws to lock them into place. They you screw on the emblem part to the billet plug. Many might think that’s easy to understand but the directions really don’t tell you exactly how to install so I hope at least someone may find this helpful. I could use a little extra good karma.
