Keeps my mc batteries charged – This seems to be a good unit . I have 5 motorcycles and didn’t want to buy more name brand “battery tenders”. I bought 2 of these for the bikes I ride the least . They seem to be working well keeping my BDM chopper and shovelhead FXR batteries maintained. As mentioned, these aren’t “battery tenders” brand but some say you just pay for the name , kinda like HD ….. Not sure on longevity as I do know “battery tenders” brand lasts .. I’ve had one of those for like 18-20 yrs and still works great . Time will tell but I don’t regret buying these, they are doing what they are supposed to do..

Worth it – Long story short it’s worth the buy and I highly enjoy the light display vs a different one I have. It comes with two options for hook up which is extremely nice if you don’t intend to mount it to the battery, but even if you do you have a secondary option to charge another battery with the jumper cable style adapter. Definitely worth it. As far as longevity we will see but for the money even still. This little thing actually saved me a ton of money. I have two bikes and the one stopped charging the battery( new battery, not oem) when testing I came up with stator being bad since it was a new battery. Bike sat for months and so I decided to buy this so I can start the bike every now and again and checked to see how it was charging with a meter and low and behold I was given a dead celled battery for the git go. Yes I know I should’ve checked the battery but it was new and it’s a 2001 bike. Nonetheless had it not been for this little charger I wouldn’t have known that.

It comes with two options for hook up which is extremely nice if you don’t intend to mount it to the battery, but even if you do you have a secondary option to charge another battery with the jumper cable style adapter. Definitely worth it. As far as longevity we will see but for the money even still. This little thing actually saved me a ton of money. I have two bikes and the one stopped charging the battery( new battery, not oem) when testing I came up with stator being bad since it was a new battery. Bike sat for months and so I decided to buy this so I can start the bike every now and again and checked to see how it was charging with a meter and low and behold I was given a dead celled battery for the git go. Yes I know I should’ve checked the battery but it was new and it’s a 2001 bike. Nonetheless had it not been for this little charger I wouldn’t have known that.
