      This headset works great – This product was used for Bluetooth connection on my helmet with my Spyder. I have to find a way to hide the mic wire better when I lift up the front of the helmet.

      Out of 3 pairs, 2 have sound issues. – Sound quality, depending on your helmet quality. They are more than adequate. I can hear well on highway speeds. They do sound stressed at full blast (like they are about to blow).

      Seems louder than the original set. – I bought this headset/speaker set to go with my TCOM-SC and to put into a new helmet that I just bought. I bought the one with the wire mic instead of the boom mic that came with the unit. The new helmet has a chin screen which I like but the boom mic is a little clumsy when putting the helmet on. These speakers seem to be a little clearer and carry more volume than the set with the boom mic.So far so good!
