It works – The perch that replaces the front part of the clamp is at least 1/4 inch narrow than the part it replaced. The reason I kept it is because you can’t tell with the phone mount installed.

needs to be j-weld (epoxy glued ) the screw and mount and phone holder to keep from getting loose – this is a good mount but you will find the phone holder will come loose the screw that holds it to the grip bracket will come loose you must two part epoxy the the top and bottom and in the screw hole to insure it not come loose .Ive installed two so far and that’s what I had to do but then its fine.
