I needed to make my own shim – After using old inner tube to make the appropriate sized shim, I am quite pleased. It stays still for me so far even on trails marked black diamond. I use it in conjunction with some ram stuff to hold the phone for the map. It is mounted in between the handlebar clamps on the enduro I ride. I’d recommend it for many other applications as well. The shims it comes with seem good, just not the size I needed

This holds the phone solidly in place, no jiggles at all when riding the trails. Would purchase this again, no problem. May in fact get another to hold the beacon for my drone so it can follow us on the trail.
