Not fit for Vulcan 900 custom – To begin with the positive, it is more sturdy than I was expecting, I loved the design and the quality of the product. The delivery was faster than expected. Overall it is a great product. It would have been easily a 5 star if it is not for the negative side. Filtering by vehicle, this product shows that it fits the Kawasaki Vulcan 900, the reality is that, it does not, the mounting bolts are a bit bigger than the stock hole for the risers, not a complete deal breaker for me, just added a few more minutes before installing my new apes having to drill a bigger hole. In spite of this issue it is a great product just that it did not fit my vehicle without some extra work.

Great risers – The aluminum mill work looks fantastic on these. There are definitely marks from the cutter left on them but it just shows the craftsmanship and how well they were made

Does not fit the Vulcan 900 as description states – The build quality and looks are nice. The description states in one place they fit the Vulcans, and then in another place that they fit the 900. This is not accurate. The mounting bolts are just slightly too large to fit up through the tree. The Vulcan 900’s take about a 9mm diameter bolt. The units themselves seem well made from aluminum but are just a bit smaller in girth than the oem (yet take a larger mounting bolt). These are also threaded so are mounted with the bolt coming up from the bottom; the oem are cut so the head of the bolt is recessed into the top and then a nut is used on the bottom. You have to drill the mounting holes in the tree out to for these to work.

Goo – Look great. Finish matches the finish of the forks. I have not taken the bike for a ride yet. That will be the true test. The material (aluminum) feels very light weight and not very strong. my concern is a crack or break from vibrations of the motorcycle. Which obviously would be very dangerous while riding. Come spring, I will keep a very close eye on these risers. If I see anything that even remotely resembles the beginnings of a hair line fracture any where on the aluminum they will immediately be removed. Reason being, these risers are made of a very light weight aluminum. What looks like a very thin scratch on the surface of one of the risers one second, is a riser completely broken in half while riding 50 MPH around a curve when you have your bike leaning so hard that you are dragging your pegs on the pavement and shooting sparks twenty feet

Good so far but only one problem.. – With these installed.. if I turn the bars full to the left it tightens my throttle cable.. I’m trying to find a work around for this but I haven’t had any luck. Anyone have any ideas? 2022 klr 650 btw
