Very lucky to have found this item. – I bought a a pair of footrest for $275.00. They promised to skies but they couldn’t deliver a cloud. Thank GOD I bought them from a very good place online, sorry I can’t reveal the name here. They took them back and I was back where I started from. Searching on the Amazon after few pages ran across these footrests. I figured what the hell it’s only $80.00 some dollars and took a chance on them. Boy oh boy, so glad I did. They worked perfect for me, they are installed on a 2020 Harley Davidson ” Heritage” and my height is 5’7″. I hope these information will help you to make a decision. Mounted well to stock 2015 Streetglide with hard lowers, installation headaches – These are nice looking and am glad I got them. I like how wide they are and they fit me (5’6″) and my stock 2015 Streetglide well. I installed them and then installed some hard lowers (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019OEWPKA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). They seem ok to work together. But when retracting the highway pegs, I would be careful to position them so they don’t hit the paint on the lowers. Also, be careful to install the lowers so they don’t contact the highway peg mounts (to avoid scratching the paint).

Works on 1 inch tube. – Put them on the engine guards with a 1 inch tube. Fitment wasn’t perfect, but worked out pretty good. If you have a second set of hands, it’s easier to get all the pieces in place, and location on the tube, while your tightening the clamps.

These are ok pegs not high quality. – These are ok for the money. They look nice and are easy to install. However they are not the best quality one of the pegs flops around slightly when riding down the road. I have not been able to tighten it enough to keep it from wobbling around. If you buy these understand they are just ok! They are not high quality.

Easy install, look good, feel good, fit ’09 honda shadow aero 750 crash bar – Contrary to some of the reviews here, I found these really easy to install. I’ve never even installed highway pegs before. Sure, there are no instructions, but it’s easy to put it together. Also, they have a picture of how it all goes together in the listing, which is nice. The only thing that wasn’t super easy was getting the two washers to fit in between the mounting piece and where the foot peg pivots. I found no difficulty installing the little metal sleeves they give you to basically shim the bracket to fit the crash bar. I ended up using the thinner of the two thicknesses and they worked great. They’re pretty easy to flip up and down and you can snug up on the bolts to change the ease at which they can fold up/down. These are also relatively heavy for what they are, so to me, they feel like quality material. They installed nice and they look pretty good with the setup I’ve got going on, on my bike. I actually pivoted the pegs on the front side of my crash bar too (normally on the backside) because I’m a taller rider for this size bike. Works great.
