Love – Pretty straightforward to install, though the loops are bulky and cause the seat to rock back and forth. If you’re installing over a rack, it’d be perfect. If you’re installing over a seat like I did, I wouldn’t recommend it if you often have a rider on the back. Unless you prefer to take off your seat and remove the straps each time so they dont rock back and forth.

I was looking at some very high-end bags for my new bike, but decided to give this more cost-effective route a chance before I spent the money. My initial impression is that I am extremely surprised at the quality and value of this bag. It’s super easy to install on a variety of different platforms due to the provided adjustable straps and this bag has a ton of space. It fits a full size large riding jacket with armor in it and I was able to compress it down for the pics shown. Initially I am SUPER happy to have taken a chance and think I’ll be golden

Pretty solid choice for a seat bag – Update 9.29.22 – I’ve been using this for 4 months now, with at least 2 trips a week for it being used. All the plastic pulls for the ends of the zippers have pulled off with minimal effort. Also, the top of the bag has become a bit deformed from a helmet resting on top of it in the closet. In light rain it has protected my items in it without the rain cover on it, which is a plus, though the straps get soaked and need good drying time. My helmet is a size large modular, but about the size of a Large full face, and it will not zip around it. However, I have size Small for other family members and their will fit, though it’s a snug zip up. I still think it’s a good value for a back bag, but the durability is still questionable with the zipper pulls coming off, and the top deforming. I dropped to 3 stars because of this.

Overall, a great bag! – I just returned from a 7,000 mile trip with this bag. It’s a great bag! When expanded it holds an incredible about of “stuff”. I used it as a place to store my cold weather gear so it was easily accessible when needed. In it I had a heated vest, heated gloves, the electrical wiring for those, the rain and quilted liner for my jacket, a wool hat, a balaclava and a neck warmer, the rain cover for the bag, and still had room for other miscellaneous “stuff” as the need arose. There was a con though. The bag is not water resistant as claimed, nor is the rain cover waterproof. Both allowed water to permeate the bag so I had to place all my items in a plastic bag. Even so, a quick spray of waterproofer will take care of both issues. I did knock a star off for that, though. The zippers never failed and the bag held up under some pretty extreme conditions with multiple accesses every day.
