Incredibly well built for the money; bright too! – I was not expecting the quality that I received for this kind of money. The housing is made of a very durable feeling pot metal, plastic lens, and actual hardware securing the lens into place for bulb replacement. Brighter than OEM, looks great, and I’m confident they will last. Definitely the best bang for your buck on Amazon

replace the light bulbs right away – I bought these for a 6-Volt antique motorcycle, the light bulbs in these are 7-Volt, and the light bulbs STILL blew out very quickly. i replaced them with similar 7-volt bulbs and they have been lasting a long time. These will also work with 12V bikes, if you continue to have problems they do make BA15 12v bulbs that fit these as well. I still consider them a good value, just cheap. metal casing, not totally waterproof but will be OK in rain.

Bright but fragile – Use extra care when tightening these down,they will break very easily.I used thread lock on them and they have held up fine.
