Not as big as expected – Kinda thought it would be bigger, but it works well and is very sturdy.

Awesome customer service! – When I got the cup holder it was missing the mounting stud. I contacted the company directly and talked to Jake and he sent the part out right away. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part, I think it was miscommunication on my end not the exact name of the part at the time. I called back and explained the situation to Jake again and he said no problem he’s send the part right away. I got the right part now and all is good. I highly recommend this cup holder and the motomummy company. All this happened within a week so the response time is great considering they’re in Texas and I’m in Ohio.

Didn’t fit Indian motorcycle handlebars – I had to use electric take to increase the size of the handlebars. After I got it installed it’s very sturdy. Will hold a water bottle very tight. I wanted to use my yeti and it didn’t fit. A thinner hydroflask fitted well but it was too tight to use it easily enough for me. I didn’t want to use a plastic water bottle and my reusable ones didn’t fit in it well so I returned it. In all fairness, I didn’t like the one at the Indian motorcycle store either. They are very similar so if you are looking for a cheaper alternative than the OEM ones I would recommend this one.

A must have for mobility scooters – I bought my original (black) Kruzer Kaddy for my Mobility Scooter well over 5 years ago. It took lot of abuse & ended up with only a few dings/scratches. However I did have to replace it eventually — with this model. I believe this must be the same model. Folks, this Kruzer Kaddy is exceptional. When on a mobility scooter like mine, it’s hard to find accessories which work well, do not need continual tweaking and simply do what they’re supposed to do.
