    Great charging port! – This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased. It works great and charges fast. The only reason I’ve had to buy replacements was because I forget to close the cover and get water inside when I wash my bike, my fault. It’s a great product and for such a cheap price no complaints.

    It’s weatherproof! if the lid is shut! Dont let it get wet – its really that simple. If you can find a way to mount this thing so that the port faces down you’ll be in pretty good shape. I installed this on my 05 Road King and rode to Sturgis from Ohio. Well, yeah, I ran into storms, and just plain rain. Just a drop or two of water trickled down into the port before I could pull off and batten down the hatches and that was all it took. the port failed and the fuse also blew. It works awesome. Just take extra special care to make sure it stays dry. Common sense. The good news is this…if you destroy the port, just order that piece. its cheap. This is a good product
