Every little bit helps – I do a lot of distance riding…often times 12 or more hours in the seat so anything that helps combat rider fatigue by even a few percentage points is a welcome addition. This pad did help a bit and the price was right

Just what I was looking for – I’m impressed by how comfortable this is, you can adjust the firmness to you needs, perfect for smaller passenger Harley seats, I mostly use on long trips, definitely helps if you have lower back problems, it takes the pressure off your tail bone (we have a Harley Davidson night train for reference)

Cheap solutions – This is a cheap solution to buying a new seat. I have only ridden with the air and never tried the water with the thinking the water could get hot if setting in the sun which wouldn’t be ideal. The draw back to this product is the elastic bands that fasten it to the seat will stretch over time and it may catch your foot when mounting and dismounting, but the up side is you didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars for a new seat and you can adjust the firmness to your own liking. This can be a big plus versus a new seat if the new one still doesn’t fell right then your back to modifying or buying another one. For the price you can replace many of these before you reach the price of a new seat. Another plus is it’s removable, for those days you have ridden to far and the rain came you can take it off and when it’s time to ride again at least you have a dry spot to sit on. Hope this helps.

Not bad but not great – Will be easy to install if you don’t have to take a bolt (bolts) out of the seat to get the straps on. Marginal cushioning when using air and may be better with water but I have not tried that. To get a good cushioning effect you cannot inflate to what seems proper so you have to leave it pretty soft and then the cushioning effect is marginal. Seems well-made and durable. I weigh only 140 pounds so someone heavier may have better luck.
