Worked great for a few weeks then left headphone seems to have become very quite seller corrected. – Wanted to test and wait before adding aa review. They did great for a few weeks but then unfortunately the left headphone has become very quite which is a shame as i did like these when they worked

As good as you can get for the price! – I will say I was a bit hesitant to purchase this after reading some of the reviews, but after two months of use, I can safely say it was well worth it!

Great Headset and excelent customer service!!!!!! – I bought this set on January 2020, I Live in Bogotá Colombia and I’ve used this everyday, no complains at all, always working excellent!. Last month the bluetooth fell off from helmet and it was hanged more than two hours from the accessories cable. Because of that I didn’t miss the set but the microphone stop working! That day I looked at Amazon for a new set of accesories, but no one has it, so I wrote THOKWOK Customer Service, the lady who attend me was really nice but she told me they didn’t have the accessories for sale but instead they could send me a new set of accesories for free! WOW this is something that I call great customer service!!!! I was going to buy them, they understood the problem and solve it immediately. Today I received the set and have my bluetooth working as always!!! Great!. Finally I bought another Bluetooth set for my wife’s helmet, pretty sure I will have this for many years working, with no problem at all neither the headset or company’s customer service! Thanks THOKWOK!!!

Buttons can be confusing with motorcycle gloves on – The pause button must be pressed a certain way which can get irritating, and the buttons are hard to distinguish with gloves on. And lastly if you don’t turn the device off it won’t turn off by itself so it will be on for days. Other than that it works great.

It works for what I need, communication betweens and my passenger. Mount sucks – The price I think is still a little high. The quality doesn’t seem to fit the price or not what you think it should be made like. Nothing to compare it to. I like that it has all the up to date features, built in radio, 5.0 Bluetooth type C charging. Not micro. Sound quality is pretty good not bad good clear sound. Volume may be a little low you can’t really hear anything without having the helmet on your head. Like I have seen on some videos. Mounting on your helmet could be better mine still moves on my helmet but it’s not going to fall off either. So far I like them and worth what I paid and for what I am using them for personal and intercom. Pairing and function could be a little easier but once you learn how to do it. It gets easier I just set it up before riding that way I don’t have to play around after. Not willing to pay 4 or 5 hundred bucks Sena or cardos to do the same job. Sorry

Mine worked at the very end of the cheek inserts. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the external buttons are difficult to find. If two of the buttons were recessed that would be better. Also 4 stars due to you have to push and hold volume up / Down in stead of one push would be one up or down. Overall however, this is a good product I like it and I would purchase it again.

Great sound, speaker placement critical – I bought this for bluetooth to phone and music. The sound is great but you have to position the speakers correctly. Mine worked at the very end of the cheek inserts. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the external buttons are difficult to find. If two of the buttons were recessed that would be better. Also 4 stars due to you have to push and hold volume up / Down in stead of one push would be one up or down. Overall however, this is a good product I like it and I would purchase it again.
