Poorly designed – My main issue with this item is that it is poorly-designed. The mounting bracket is set in the middle of the hinge instead of offset to the top, and so the mounting bracket cannot ever be flush with the surface it’s being attached to. If you look at the CAD screenshot I’ve included you can see what I mean – the red object is a mock-up of the actual product’s hinge design and will never be able to sit flush to a flat surface, whereas the green design would work fine.

The bracket seems fine, but the bolt to connect is missing. – First there is a peice missing required to connect it. Second the UPS guy delivered it to the wrong address. I’m sure I can find a bolt to make it work, but should I really have to? It shows with appropriate mounting hardware, and I received the nut for the bolt to connect but no bolt.
