Delivery from China takes a long time, but quality is good! – This order is custom-embroidered and shipped from China via regular mail. I placed the order on Nov 1, it was shipped within a couple of days, but delays at customs and in transit to the U.S. resulted in total time from order to delivery of exactly one month. It arrived on Dec 1. A tracking number was provided, so I could pull a general information about whereabouts of the package. It arrived to my USPS mail box. It is very well made, size is very reasonable. I attached it to my pickleball bag to make it look inique, as I am not the only one in the club who has the same bag. It is embroidered on both sides with customizable text which can be different on the front and on the back. In my case, one side says “Pickleball”, as the attached photo shows, the other side shows my name. I like the tiny carabiner which it came with, very easy to attach to the bag. I would not use it as a luggage tag for air travel for the simple reason that carabiner is relatively easy to disconnect, but for the purpose of identification in daily life it works very well. The size is just right, please refer to the picture. I very much like that the tag does not have manufacturer logo on it (this is very common, as you may have already found out if you browsed through the selection of similar items on Amazon). Long delivery time was not critical for me, Amazon gave me a fair warning about the lead time, and I am happy with this purchase.
