wouldnt fit my 2020 z900 – the end of my bar doesnt stick out far enough (maybe 3/8″) for these to clamp on like some people were able to do. i would just pull the bar end weights off and measure how much material is there before ordering for a z900. the quality seemed good to me. sent them back and got the fenrir ones with the adapter that cost twice the price but fit good on the bike.

Great looking mirrors! However, right one broke during installation – Got these mirrors to replace the stock ones on my z900z. Left one went on easily and looks great, but the right mirror broke during the installation. Hoping I could reach out to the manufacturer to see if there is anything they are able to do! Overall, great looking mirrors!

Always coming loose – I’ve bought a couple of these (second set after dropping the bike) and they are constantly coming loose and falling out of position. They are simple enough to install but just won’t stay where they should. I suppose some loctite may help, but I’m going to try something else.

Fit my 2021 yamaha mt09 – I was skeptical these would even work, but for the price I figured i would give them a try. They do look much better than factory. The quality isn’t the best, but that was expected at this price point. Install was surprisingly simple on my 21 mt09. Separate the mirror bar ends from the expanding portion that came with it, you won’t use that. Assemble the mirror bracket onto the new bar ends. Next, remove the stock bar ends and use the factory bolt to attach the mirrors. *NOTE on the throttle side I did have to use a single washer so the new bar end wouldn’t interfere with the throttle. Adjust everything to your liking and tighten it up. It’s been cold so I haven’t taken it down the road yet. I will update if I have any issues.

2018 Yamaha MT-07 install – I bought these to try out how I would like bar end mirrors with the thought I would end up replacing them with more expensive mirrors later if I liked them. The look and feel of these mirrors is pretty good and they look good on the bike. They are smaller than stock but that is to be expected from a bar end mirror. I gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons. First the mirror reflective surface on one has a small flaw at the edge. Not big enough to cause an issue with use but will probably bug me over time. The second is how they have to be mounted on the stock Yamaha handlebars. The handlebars have a threaded weight in the end stock. The mirror clamp is not big enough to clamp onto the weight so it has to be removed to use the expanding mount that comes with the mirror. The stock grips hang out onto the stock weights (they are not flush with the end of the handlebar, stick out an inch or so form the bar) so when you put the mirror mounts in you have to be careful of spacing. They have to be out far enough to mount the mirror onto them but in far enough they get a good bite on the inside of the handlebar. This is especially important on the throttle side. Make sure you twist and release your throttle a few times to verify it is not hanging open against the mirror or mount. The last inch or so of the grip now has effectively nothing underneath it since the mount is much smaller than the stock weight was. I honestly did not notice it on my first ride with them however. Some much more expensive mirrors and hand guards come with a weight adapter for the Yamaha bar ends that looks more secure. I think for the price they will work out fine short term. Not sure if I would plan on keeping them “forever”. I will update if I have any problems with these the next few hundred miles.

Basic Mirrors, Nothing Special – the mirrors themselves are “okay”, but the bolts that are used to install the mirrors are terrible, I would recommend going to Lowes or Home Depot to replace the screws.
