Some notes on quality, fit and usage – There are people who are reviewing this product poorly because they bought the wrong thing. This isn’t a cover for storing your motorcycle outside. It is too lightweight and the fabric isn’t suitable for that. But, if you need a travel cover, well…this is hard to beat.

Lasted about 10 months. – Lasted about 10 months outside then it tore apart.

– The XXL was a good fit for my 2015 Triumph 1200 with a top case mounted. Still plenty of material around the back sides so I suspect there is enough material to easily cover side panniers when installed. I like that its light and packs up well in the carry bag. The extra soft layer for the windshield is a nice touch. The reason for only three stars? The material is very thin and will likely tear easily if its caught on any sharp edge of the bike. And there are many! Slow care must be taken when adjusting the cover. The elastic bottom is a nice feature but gets annoying when its caught on every part of the bike going on or coming off. Also one of the plastic grommets for the tie down was broken. Sure I will repair and secure it, but this detracts from the quality. I haven’t had a chance to test outdoors yet or in the rain but I’m hoping this aspect of the cover exceeds my expectations. Maybe it will get four stars in the future.

Good design; material a bit thin – I leave my old BMW airhead parked on the streets of San Francisco year round, and try to keep it covered most of the time. Even though the weather is better for motorcycle riding for most of the year than much of the U.S., my city’s fog and breeziness means dust and grime can accumulate pretty quick. And I’d rather have the UV in sunlight tearing wearing down a cover than the much more expensive vinyl seat and paint job.

Works – PNW here so not much heat to review on but so far has been on a motorcycle outside in the cold and rain and wind and has held up well while we wait for garage- have taken it on and off multiple times and no rips yet. The material doesn’t feel super sturdy I won’t lie but so far it’s carried out it’s intended purpose and I’m happy
