My phone won’t slip out – When you think about buying this product there is a huge concern. Would my phone be safe? I know now it will be safe. After a quick 165-mile round trip run to the Palm Desert on the I-10 at 85 mph on my motorcycle I have the proof. Handled the ride like a champ. Phone lit up twice on the way down. Was able to read the text and also see who called. When I stopped, I was able to call back with just the removal of my glove. Love this product. The looks also compliment the quality of this product. It looks amazing on my BMW. So, end result of review is, looks good and works great! Nuff said!

After a month the holder snapped off on a flat ride – UPDATE: Seller contacted me with the apology missing my email. They were very sorry about my troubles and sent me whole new phone mount so I upgraded the rating. The mount has a hole inside the arm (visible on the picture) just for the screw to secure whole arm (there is even the protrusion for the nut inside the ball joint). I would recommend putting screw inside the arm going through the ball securing with the nut. This way it would probably hold better and your phone would not fly to the ground in case the arm breaks.
