A SUBSTANTIAL improvement over AGM motorcycle battery – Application is a Suzuki Bandit 1200, pushed out to 1277cc at 12:1 compression; the relatively-recent AGM-style battery clearly wasn’t up to spinning this engine over, but ‘wow’ improvement isn’t an exaggeration. Can’t speak to longevity yet, but so far very happy.

Weird POSTs to mount cables! – Outstanding looking packaging! Lightweight with several spacers. VERY POOR Muti language Manuel full of specs – almost worthless as for installation.

Impressive – Installed on a 2010 Honda rancher 420. The motor occasionally locks up on start up but this battery turns it right over. Hasn’t started like this in 10 years. I’m impressed. For being the size of a large milwaukee battery and substantially lighter than a lead acid it’s amazing it packs a punch. The spacers that come with it are super helpful. 5 stars.

Amazing battery – Brought my underused 19’KQ7 back from the dead, then got one for my 05’ 500 and she’s acting like she’s brand new. Definitely the best thing to ever happen to atv/motorcycle batteries. Can’t speak for longevity yet. Bye bye lead and acid. Now if only Big Battery would allow these to be produced for cars and trucks.-keeping it real

Be aware, not ready to use, didn’t arrive charged as advertised, but GREAT power after charging. – Update is after this initial review 3-1-22: I just received the NLP14 and the Genius 1 charger, and after 3 hours on the charger it’s still not charged. Charger is still slow pulsing red, which means it’s still less than 75% charged. I paid extra to have this shipped same day so I could go riding.. and now it’s after dark and still not charged. I checked with a Fluke DC ammeter, and the charger is putting out 0.9A.

We All Want to Lose Weight – Bought this battery for my 2017 Kawasaki ZX-14R. My unit came fully charged. The additional spacing trays were very useful to ensure the battery would fit snugly in its compartment. My bike’s info screen is showing 13.2 V at the ‘on’ position, and jumps to 14.7 when the engine is started. After install, I connected the trickle charger to make sure it was topped off but it showed fully charged immediately. Best of all, the lithium battery is about 7 lbs lighter than the lead acid unit that was in the bike (I bought it used 3+ years ago so I do not know if it was the OEM battery). So far, happy with this purchase. Time to ride!
