I purchased these to mount a motor scooter type mirror on a beach cruiser bicycle. I purchased two different bike mirrors that were absolute junk and thought this would be a good way to go. So, I ordered these and a scooter mirror (Ken Sean 95104 Triple Nickel Chrome Knockback Stem Round Motorcycle Mirror (LH,EC Spec) – far superior to any of the cheap bike mirrors) and worked like a charm. Mirror is large, mounting does not rattle or get loose, and is a major upgrade in quality. Yes, this combo is larger and bigger than the little bike mirrors, but you can use the mirror instead of constantly fussing to get it to work.
