I RETURNED IT SOON AFTER RECEIVING. – This isn’t a bad product and I didn’t get the chance to test out the quality and water proofing. Because of the straps when placing on your back. It was too big long and wide I wanted something more compact and that felt more secure most people who buy this I’m sure are planning on long trips and putting it on the back of their bikes which is more ideal because no matter how much I tightened it was just too loose to go on my back comfortably. And I wanted the whole backpack feel as well as the extra cargo on the back of my bike when needed but the backpack was more important. And having actual straps instead of the ones on here that are more for strapping it down to a rack on a bike rather than to throwing over your shoulders. I can see it also being extremely uncomfortable with a heavy load. So I didn’t want to keep it. But again I think it’s more for people who don’t want the whole casual backpack, but rather the extra storage cargo for their bike rack. Everything else seemed fine but it seemed like it was made with just that in mind instead of being versatile and multifunctional, like some other brands are doing.

EXACTLY what I was looking for to transport my 16″ MacBook pro – I was looking and looking for a super low profile tail bag for my tuono that would fit a 16″ m1 MacBook pro in a large sleeve that holds a tablet as well. This fits perfectly and has multiple mounting points. Agree with another reviewer though thst they should have just done normal loop clips and not these metal clips thst can come undone. But should be totally fine and for the price it’s amazing and comes with lots of straps and mounting points. Again perfect for my low profile laptop needs.

Excellent quality and value – I bought 20l bag and am amazed how good it is. I had first come accross Rhinowalk after buying one of thier small bike handlebar bags and was impressed by the construction and quality for the price. Motorcycle bags can get crazy expensive and for the price the Rhinowalk bags blow the competition way. You wont be dissapointed.

The Metal Buckles are the Weakest Link – There is a fundamental flaw in the design of these metal buckles that they use. The connection to the other strap is only secure as long as it’s under pressure. Any shift in weight can separate. There is no gate mechanism (think carabiner) to keep the strap loop on the hook part of the buckle. I have had to wrap the extra strap around and over these buckles to keep the straps from sliding apart. Motorcycles demand enough attention accessories need to be secure and not require a second thought. I am constantly checking and rechecking this strap because I have had them slip loose during bumpy rides. All these need is a sliding cover that slides down over the buckle and the opening to prevent the connection from moving side to side and releasing. Everything else is spot on and good quality the buckles were just not a smart design choice considering what’s at risk. I will be replacing their straps with something less problematic since better strap designs are readily available.

Great Bag – This is a great bag so far. Used it on a recent little 4 hour trip. held extra jackets and clothes. Did not get it wet yet so cannot verify the quality of the water proof lining, but overall its a great little bag. The metal clips work, but would much prefer regular clips to avoid slipping, but if secured correctly they work.

Good bag for the price – Bag works pretty good for the money. Just got 2 complaints: The stitching on the tie down straps starts to come apart if the tie towns aren’t exactly perpendicular with your seat, which is a problem because when the bag is packed it is almost never a perfect rectangle, so the straps are always going to be tugging at an odd angle. Secondly, the metal buckles on the tie downs are facing such that they slip right out of retaining strap if you accidentally sit on the front of the bag or if weight shifts during a stop. If the buckles on the other side were turned the opposite way then this wouldn’t happen. My fix for now is just to rotate the buckle the other way, but this binds up the bit you use to sinch the strap tight.

Waterproof – Not bad for the price compared to the originals. Definitely waterproof, however, only used once. After first use the straps started to brake apart (unwoven) at the ends (all 4 straps that latch to the bag). Had to cut the ends and reseal with lighter.
