You get what you pay for – Hmm… let’s see, the main reason why I bought these was because me and my girl who is my passenger go on rides allot but wanted to communicate. Already had a helmet that is head set ready with speaker ports so installation was pretty easy, so was hers. Connecting was pretty easy as well but the other main thing I wanted was to share music as we ride but can not do that with this headset. Also I ride a Supersport bike with a short vodoo pipe, so…… it gets pretty loud. That said, when were not moving we can communicate very well but when I get into about 2nd to 3rd gear we both can’t hear anything, so not so good with that. By myself listening to music, must have it all the way up which its decent loud but works out and can hear each song with the exhaust I have. I don’t ever use the phone cause I want to ride, so they can wait. Battery life is pretty good. So overall you can’t get 2 headsets for this but you also get what you paid for. Unfortunately for me and the uses I wanted it for fell real short but works in other ways.

Above and beyond! – The sound quality is great but mine broke within a year,one side of the ear piece is way softer then the other, and now waiting for replacement and they insisted I put in a review before they sent me a replacement.. the service is great as of now, I will update the review after I got my replacement.

Easy to install and use – I’ve only had this a couple weeks and taken 1 phone call on it. The person on the other end didn’t even realize I was on my motorcycle (city driving, not highway). I mostly use it to listen to music while I ride. The bluetooth connection is strong and the buttons are easy to operate with riding gloves on. I ride with earplugs in and turn the volume all the way up. Sounds good, although quiet, through the earplugs. Without earplugs it is very loud, but not much on the low end and you can tell the speakers are spiking out. The built in FM receiver is not very good. When you change modes it doesn’t go back to the station you were previously listening to and it is difficult to find the station I want because half the time when scanning stations it skips over it. But that’s what iheartradio is for lol

If you’re in the market for an inexpensive (not cheap) unit than this is it. Was very easy to install (took about 10 minutes) and it works great. If you’re like me and just want to be able to answer or place a call while riding or be able to listen to music without plugging your ears up with ear buds than this is definitely everything you need. My 1 and only complaint(somewhat) is that the volume/seek button is a little on the small side and I have a hard time feeling them with my gloves on but I’m sure with more use it will become easier.

At high speed we were able to talk without wind noise and when we were in the trees we were able to talk to each other like we were on the phone. This is the first time I bought something like this and wish I would have sooner would have been great for teaching kids to ride.

Great system made well – Love the style just wish it was just a little louder to me the FM radio is louder than the Amazon prime music or spotify..another think is the instructions are not a 100% correct it doesnt tell you that when listening to a streaming service and you want to use the radio you have to make sure all streaming services are not playing in the background because when you press the call button twice like you need to do to get to the radio all it will do is pause or play your music..so when I try to put on the radio the instructions say to press the call button twice and hold but all you need to do is just press the button twice and wait for the FM to come on there will be silence for a few seconds but it will come on.now the call feature is great so clear both way..cant speak on battery life yet.but seriously it’s a great bluetooth system connects all by its self once you have it already connected for the first time..(update) after 358 miles the set works great (update) there customer service is next to none there are very responsive and the person I dealt with *shelin* responded to my email very quickly that’s what you call a good company that sells great well made merchandise and has a A+ customer service..
