Take the time to do the job right the first time. – I installed this on my 2020 Road Glide Limited, it looks great on my bike but I don’t know why so many say it was easy to install when it was a pain in the butt to do it.

Cheap connections and start dying fast. – When I was installing them I noticed that a few of the connections was making the lights short out the wrong colors, so had to re-route how i was putting on bike, got them all on, working and maybe after 100 hours i had a 8″ strip go out all together and the other 8″ started doing it’s own thing where the plug went bad do to cheap wires/plugs…If you want cheap go get one of the 35.00 ones and get the same quality, or spend a few extra bucks and get something that will last a little longer…they say 30k + hours life well this one does not have that…

Great buy awesome lights and great service – Product works great. It’s stupid to pay 300$ or more somewhere when you can order these stick them on plug them in and go. I had an issue with one light and contacted the seller. They were more then happy to send me A new one plus another one i requested free of charge and made sure to check in every other day to see if i needed anything else and to see when the package arrived and to make sure it was what i needed. Excellent product so far and definitely recommend it. Make sure you read directions as the surface does need to be clean before applying light other wise the adhesive doesn’t stick great. When clean it definitely sticks and isn’t going anywhere. I added videos and pictures also

Seller doesn’t take care of the customer / controller issues – Bought unit and had for about a year and the lights stopped working. I am pretty electrical saavy and know there isn’t much components to these. So knowing that I figured the controller had gone out on it. Contacted the seller letting them know that I am pretty certain the controller has failed. They sent me a message back along with instructions on how to reset the remotes on the lights. They stated they need to have this done to make sure this isn’t the issue. I went ahead and did as the instructions stated, not once, not twice but three times just to make sure it wasn’t a remote setting issue and that did not work. I sent a message back to the seller stating this and they responding with the same message asking me to reset the remotes. I sent them another message stating the exact same thing that I had already done that and it didn’t work. That I know it is the controller not working and if they could please send a new one out to me. They messaged me back again with the same message about resetting the remote. I asked why they keep asking me to do the same thing over and over knowing that isn’t the issue. After this I waited a few days and no more responses from them. I went out and purchased a separate controller for $ 15.00, plugged it in and the lights came back on and worked as they should. I sent another message to the seller letting them know what I had done and would give them a chance to make things up before giving them a bad review as I feel people should always have that opportunity to make good. Crickets. I never got a response back from them, therefore this poor review of their customer service.
